Agreement
This document outlines the roles and responsibilities of each party so we each have clear expectations at the outset. “The Provider” is NTSH Consulting Pte Ltd, related entities, individuals and assignees of the rights under this contract.
What is provided in the Buy Like An Eagle Graduate Program?
Steve, Andrew, Daryl and the team provide support over the next 12 months to source high-quality, Australian-made products at Asia-competitive prices. You get help with the following steps along the way:
Here’s what you get:
- One-on-one planning with Steve to identify your best opportunities, and prepare an implementation plan
- Access to the members area with all of the training webinars, tools, templates and other resources
- Invitations to our weekly webinars and end-of-month group meetings where you can stay up to date with the training, and ask us any questions you have
- Access to our databases of over 90,000 Australian manufacturers, and over 200,000 retailers (including updates)
- Email access to us for advice on sourcing, manufacturing and marketing
- Membership to the “Buy Like An Eagle” private Facebook inner circle.
Pricing
Standard price of this program is $4,997, or 12 monthly payments of $497.
For a limited time we are offering places in the pilot of this program for just $1,997, or 12 monthly payments of $197. In return we ask for feedback on the program.
Disclaimer
You agree that the Provider and other members are not responsible for any success or failure that you may have as a result of this agreement. You understand that your individual success will be determined by your own desire, dedication, effort and motivation to work and follow the program.
Program basics
- Once your membership is confirmed you and your partner will be issued with a members area username and password. These are not to be shared with others.
- You have ongoing access to the downloadable components of the Graduate Program. The live components are valid for 12 months.
- As a member we expect you to be respectful in your communication with us and our team, and other members.
- The Providers are not qualified to provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
- You agree that you are responsible for full payment of fees for the entire 12-month course, regardless of whether you actually attend or complete it. If paying by monthly installments, you agree to make all payments on time. You agree to pay the full amount and not to cancel this transaction with your bank or credit card company. If there is a problem you agree to promptly contact the Providers to resolve it. You acknowledge that you have represented to the Providers that payment of your membership fees will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family.
- If at any time you are in breach of any obligation (including those relating to payment) the Program Providers may suspend or terminate your access to the program.
- This contract is struck outside of Australia. The laws of Singapore shall govern this Agreement.
- You release the Program Providers from all and any responsibility or liability for any losses claims or demands that may occur as a result of you using the information obtained from the Buy Like An Eagle Graduate Program.
- You agree that any confidential information shared by other participants or the Providers or other presenters is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the person or entity that discloses it. You agree not to disclose confidential information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with the Provider or other participants.
- You agree not to infringe the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of the Provider or any other participant.
- You authorise NTSH Consulting Pte Ltd or assignees of the rights under this contract to arrange payment of your account as per details on this page, by debiting your credit card as described.
