By accessing the SIBYSI Sourcing Suite (“the Suite”) you (The Client) agree to the following terms and conditions of Eagle Design & Consultancy Co., Ltd. (“The Provider”):
The Suite incorporates AI agents powered by Anthropic Claude and other evolving AI technologies, including Google Gemini (used for concept image generation) and OpenAI GPT-4 (used for visual product analysis in the Field Agent tool). The Client acknowledges and agrees that these AI-powered services are part of a continuously evolving platform and are subject to change at any time without notice, as The Provider does not control the outputs generated by the underlying models. The Client is hereby informed that all outputs generated by these AI agents — including cost estimates, market research, supplier recommendations, and product analyses — should be thoroughly reviewed for accuracy and must not be relied upon as factual without independent verification.
The use of these services is further governed by the terms and conditions of each underlying AI provider, which are incorporated herein by reference:

The Client agrees to comply with these terms and any updates thereto. Access to the Suite is strictly for those who are party to the total service agreement with The Provider and cannot, under any circumstances, be sold, shared, screen-recorded for distribution, or otherwise monetized without the explicit prior consent of The Provider. Any unauthorised distribution or commercial use of the Suite — including its methodologies, AI agent frameworks, or outputs — will be considered a breach of this agreement.
Access to the Suite is provided as part of The Provider’s program and is contingent on membership payments remaining current. If your payments become overdue by 5 days or more, your access will be suspended until your account is brought up to date. Access is managed through the How To Buy Australian Made members area (howtobuyaustralianmade.com.au); no separate subscription to any third-party AI service is required to use the Suite.
